Heres another shot of the mural and a sign I put up 

around the corner. This place sells chickens to hipsters 

and yuppies. I didn't even use a ruler to do this. It's 

about as precise as I get, which isn't saying much. 

This is more evidence of human life on Earth. 

Mural 20th and Morrison

I finally finished painting this mural i started a couple months ago. I had a lot of help from James Mack and Dan Lee and then Gregg came through and painted some lovely clouds at the last minute. It was awesome of the ladies at MODA to let me paint up the wall of their fancy boutique. I really want to paint more murals. It is super satisfying. Go ahead and email me if you have a big space you want painted.

Oh Crapola...months have passed and i haven't blogged. I'm sure that is in many regards a healthy thing, but I kind of promised to keep up on this. I haven't painted a whole lot...and if I have I didn't take shots. And why? because of this little feller...see hes driving us crazy...ha!

Tiny's on MLK

I hope my art friends are getting thier pieces together for the group show at Tiny's in April. Four pieces no bigger than bread boxes reflecting on the theme "Something being overtaken" Jean Nagai, Julia Bork, Lisa David, hopefully Ryans Buck and Shanks will both represent, this new friend Wanna, i cant find her card but ill post her link soon, Matthew Nicely, Kevin Vincent Woida and Anna Benkhe maybe more....

Julia Bork made this book more than a year ago. i just figured out how to put it up for sale here tonight though. its forty pages and all full color with stories and photos of the best work of 2007. I should be doing one for 2008 soon, shouldn't I?

Thanks for everyone who came through to the opening at false front. We had fun. Thanks especially to Jason and Amber for inviting me to show there. False Front Dec 6th

NEW WORK! Opening on December 6th at False Front Gallery on 32nd place off of Prescott in NE pdx. Im finishing up a whole bunch of new paintings and sculptures. come for the culture stay for the wine and beer.

current events

The next "big" plan is to currate a group show at Tiny's on MLK in April 2009. All artists are doing four pieces no bigger than a breadbox. Pending themes: Lifecycles, Animal Sex, Animals at Work, Something Being Overtaken or Magic Plants....negotiations are in progress.

Its halfway through August already...Ive got a show hanging at le Merde 301 SE 3rd and Morrison...and a new baby boy named Ursa...thats the news...or at least thats some news...Huge thanks to Jason Brown and Chris Habberman for being such awesome hosts and organizers at the Goodfoot and at the paint jam...and thanks to everyone who bought art and came out to see it at all last month...I sold almost everything from the show...it was an awesome show and a great experience...
